An Ex Indian Army Officer, armed with an MBA degree from RMIT University, Melbourne, Australia. He has more than 30 years plus rich experience in real estate industry.
He is seasoned professional with varied experience working with large national as well as International Real estate companies like DLF, Ansals, CBRE, Omaxe, Era Landmarks etc.
He played a key role in making Gurgaon a corporate hub, by moving corporate offices from Delhi to Gurgaon by successfully launching a new concept of offices – DLF Corporate Park way back in 1994. Ultimately with great pursuance companies like Pepsi, GE Capital, Birla’s Compaq etc. decided to move to Corporate Park Gurgaon.
He has successfully launched & established Era Landmarks from ground zero in the year 2005 single handedly and proved his exemplary entrepreneurial skills.
He has been involved in successfully launching and managing projects like Township, GH Schemes, Town House, Shopping Complexes, Malls with Multiplexes, Corporate Office spaces etc…across India & in Columbo – Sri Lanka.
