Privacy Policy

We take personal information about you when you enter a request, sign up to our information sheet or register your interest as a potential volunteer. The data we gather consist of your name, address, e-mail as well as phone numbers. This personal information is not distributed, shared, rented or given to companies or organizations that are not part of the Nishant Ngo  .

We usually update our followers by post two times a year and by email, 6 times a year. If you think you are being contacted frequently, please inform us and we can limit this to less updates or if you would prefer, take you out from the e-mailing list completely.

You can also request a copy of the personal info we have for you at any time by emailing @. If any personal information changes or you find our records are not up-to-date, please inform us.

We will make sure your personal information is held safely, as per the Data Protection Act.

Donation Refund Policy

Nishant is instituting a donation refund policy to ensure fair and transparent processing of requests for refund of donations as digital payments are becoming more frequent. Nishant expects that all donors will exercise due care and diligence while making donations. Nishant also recognises that a donation may be made erroneously or donors may change their mind.

Nishant will examine each request for refund of donation and endeavour to make the refund. Nishant may also seek further information / documents and donor must co-operate in this regard.

However, Nishant  is not obliged to make refunds and may, in its discretion, decline any requests for refund of donations, particularly if a tax exemption certificate has been issued.

• If you would like your donation to Nishant to be refunded,
• You must request Nishant India in writing or by email for a refund and Your request must reach Nishant within 15 (fifteen) days from the date on which you made the donation i.e. the date on which you:
  • Made the donation online, electronically or through other means, OR
  • Handed over the cheque / demand draft to Nishant or someone authorised by Nishant for this purpose, OR
  • Despatched the cheque / demand draft to Nishant by other means.

The written request stating reason for requesting refund must be sent to the address stated below and must contain all the following details pertaining to the donation: Date of donation

• Donation amount
• If donation was made through cheque/draft, please provide Cheque/Draft no.
• If donation was made through credit card, please provide Credit Card no. (last 4 digits only).
• If donation was made online, please provide Donation-ID.
